Bacardi Winter Series: A Race Against the Elements!

Come rain or shine, the Bacardi Invitational Regatta Series kicked off the winter sailing season. Despite three days of inclement weather including rain and high wind gusts (no snow in Miami, of course), a single race was able to determine a winner. Congratulations to Very Odd for taking home the win in the J-70 class, and to Bombarda for emerging victorious in the Melges 24 class. The next series is scheduled for January 26th, giving everyone an opportunity to return and compete, socialize and have fun.

The Bacardi Invitational Regatta Series is a highly competitive sailing event that takes place annually in Miami, Florida. Sailing enthusiasts from all over the world gather to participate in this exciting event, where they race against each other in various classes. The J-70 class and Melges 24 class are two of the most popular classes in the event, with highly skilled sailors pushing themselves to the limit to come out on top. The Bacardi Winter Series has become a much-anticipated event in the sailing world, and with the next series scheduled for January 26 -28th, the anticipation is already building for what promises to be another exhilarating competition.
